1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 49ph website and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 49ph (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator providing casino games, sports betting, and related services to players in the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 49ph Platform and close your account. Continued use of our services after any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

To create an account and use 49ph services, you must:

2.2 Account Registration Process

During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and create secure login credentials. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable. You agree to promptly update any changes to your registration information through your account settings.

49ph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification documents (valid Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or other PAGCOR-approved identification), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months), and payment verification documents. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 72 hours may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 49ph username, password, and account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed as authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach, you must immediately notify our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account pending investigation.

2.4 One Account Per Person Rule

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account with 49ph. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using the account of another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

49ph accepts deposits through various Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven via CLiQQ, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 PHP, and the maximum deposit limit varies by payment method and account verification level.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly for e-wallet and cryptocurrency methods, and within 5-30 minutes for bank transfers and over-the-counter payments.

We do not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges that are beyond our control. You are responsible for any third-party payment processing fees.

3.2 Withdrawal Policies and Processing Times

Withdrawals can be requested through the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification and anti-money laundering compliance. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5-10 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1-2 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on blockchain network conditions.

Before processing a withdrawal, 49ph reserves the right to verify your identity, source of funds, and ownership of payment methods. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 PHP require additional verification including government-issued ID and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if you have not met wagering requirements for bonuses, if your account is under investigation, or if we detect suspicious activity.

All withdrawals are subject to a mandatory 1x playthrough requirement on the deposited amount to prevent money laundering and fraud. This means you must wager your deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Wagering requirements for bonus funds are outlined in Section 4 (Bonuses and Promotions).

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

49ph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, frequent deposits with minimal wagering activity, or other suspicious behaviors may trigger an account review and potential suspension. 4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms and Eligibility

49ph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiration periods that will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other form of advantage play or bonus hunting, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 49ph are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover or playthrough requirements), typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount or combined deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a ₱1,000 PHP bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱20,000 PHP in qualifying wagers before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be entirely excluded. Game contribution percentages will be specified in the bonus terms. Bets placed with both real money and bonus funds will use real money first. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (usually 7-30 days) or the bonus and associated winnings will expire.

4.3 Maximum Bet Rules and Win Limits

While using bonus funds or during wagering requirements, players are subject to maximum bet restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet allowed when playing with bonus funds is ₱100 PHP per spin or per betting round. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Some bonuses may also have maximum win limits (win caps). For example, free spins bonuses may have a maximum withdrawal limit of ₱5,000 PHP. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from your account upon completion of wagering requirements. Always check the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

5. Game Rules, Fairness, and Technical Issues

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or reversed except in exceptional circumstances as outlined in our sports betting rules. All bets must be settled before requesting withdrawals. Unsettled bets will prevent withdrawal processing until the outcome is determined and the bet is settled.

5.3 Disconnections and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay due to internet connectivity issues, server problems, or other technical malfunctions, 49ph will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state and allow you to complete your gaming session. If a game round is interrupted before completion, the outcome will be determined according to the game provider's rules, typically by completing the round automatically based on the game state at the time of disconnection.

In cases of technical malfunctions, software errors, or incorrect game outcomes caused by system failures, 49ph and the game provider reserve the right to void all affected game rounds and refund stakes. We are not liable for any losses, lost winnings, or missed opportunities resulting from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, server downtime, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49ph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and bonuses, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Creating multiple accounts or using false, stolen, or borrowed identities;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, payment fraud, chargebacks, or money laundering;
• Using software, bots, automated tools, or third-party programs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, syndicate betting, or coordinated wagering to guarantee profits;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Bonus abuse, including violating bonus terms or using multiple accounts to claim promotions;

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform's security;
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or to facilitate criminal activity.

6.2 Account Suspension and Closure

49ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if we suspect or detect any prohibited activities, violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent behavior, or abuse of our services. Upon account closure, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to 49ph, subject to verification and compliance checks.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before processing account closure, we will settle all pending wagers, process any eligible withdrawals, and forfeit any active bonuses. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to return to 49ph after voluntary closure, you must register a new account, subject to our eligibility requirements and verification procedures.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

49ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 49ph Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to 49ph or our third-party game providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 49ph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The "49ph" name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of 49ph and may not be used without authorization. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 49ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the "Company Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 49ph Platform or services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Platform by third parties;
• Any errors or omissions in content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform;
• Technical malfunctions, disconnections, software errors, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

The 49ph Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company Parties disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the 49ph Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000 PHP, whichever is lower.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the 49ph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

12. Amendments to Terms

49ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The date of the last revision will be indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the 49ph Platform after any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
